Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Discover the next level of recovery, rejuvenation, and performance with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)—now offered at Rejuvia in a large, non-claustrophobic chamber designed for your comfort. Unlike traditional hyperbaric chambers that can feel small and restrictive, our upgraded HBOT experience was created with you in mind. Whether you're managing inflammation, accelerating post-procedure recovery, or simply investing in longevity and wellness, our spa-like setup helps you breathe easy—literally and figuratively.
What Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves breathing 100% pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber, which allows your body to absorb significantly more oxygen than it would under normal conditions. This oxygen-rich environment supercharges your cells and promotes healing from the inside out.
Therapeutic Benefits of HBOT
Whether you're optimizing wellness or managing symptoms, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy offers whole-body benefits—especially for inflammation, recovery, and cognitive performance. Conditions and concerns that may benefit from HBOT:
- 🧠 Brain Fog & Cognitive Fatigue HBOT increases oxygen delivery to brain tissue, which can improve clarity, memory, and focus. Ideal for those recovering from illness, burnout, menopause-related brain fog, or simply feeling mentally “off.”
- 🦠 Post-COVID & Viral Recovery Helps restore lung function, reduce chronic fatigue, and improve oxygen uptake in clients with long-haul COVID symptoms or Epstein-Barr virus reactivation.
- 💆♀️ Stress, Anxiety, & Burnout By promoting parasympathetic nervous system activity (“rest and digest” mode), HBOT supports emotional regulation and deep restoration.
- 💉 Post-Procedure Recovery Decreases swelling, bruising, and inflammation after injectables, microneedling, or surgery—speeding up your return to normal life and glowing skin.
- 💪 Athletic Performance & Recovery Increases tissue oxygenation, improves endurance, and helps clear lactic acid buildup. Great for active individuals and biohackers.
- 🔥 Chronic Pain & Inflammation May reduce symptoms related to fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines, or other inflammatory and autoimmune conditions.
- 🛌 Sleep Quality Enhanced oxygenation improves mitochondrial function and circadian rhythm regulation, leading to more restorative sleep.
What to Expect
Sessions last 60 minutes and are supervised by our trained team. You’ll sit comfortably inside the air conditioned chamber as it gently pressurizes and begins delivering oxygen therapy. Most clients emerge feeling refreshed, lighter, and deeply restored. Please note - electronic devices are not permitted inside of the chamber. Please bring printed reading material to enjoy during your session.
Pricing
- $150 per session for non-members
- $120 per session for members

🧪 What the Research Says
- How HBOT Helps Skin & Tissue: HBOT enhances angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), reduces inflammation, mobilizes endothelial progenitor cells, and stimulates fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis—all key for tissue regeneration and wound repair. It increases plasma oxygen levels dramatically, enables oxygen delivery even without hemoglobin, while reducing reperfusion injury and oxidative stress NCBI. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8465921/
- Skin and Wound Healing: A case involving vasopressor‑induced skin necrosis (from septic shock treatment) showed visible improvement in skin perfusion and healing after HBOT, highlighting its potential value even in complex vascular injuries https://www.ceemjournal.org/m/journal/view.php?doi=10.15441%2Fceem.23.119
- Cognitive Function & Brain Fog: A 2020 randomized controlled study published in Aging found that HBOT significantly improved cognitive performance, attention, and memory in aging adults—even without pre-existing brain disease. It showed increased cerebral blood flow and tissue oxygenation https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31985478/
- Long COVID Recovery: Studies published in Medicina and Frontiers in Neurology have demonstrated that HBOT may reduce fatigue, improve brain fog, and enhance pulmonary function in post-COVID patients https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-022-15565-0
- Wound Healing & Recovery: The FDA recognizes HBOT for treating non-healing wounds, carbon monoxide poisoning, and decompression sickness—demonstrating its ability to support tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and stimulate collagen synthesis. https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/view/ncacal-decision-memo.aspx?proposed=N&NCAId=286&fromdb=true
- Neuroplasticity & Stroke Recovery: Some evidence shows HBOT can promote neurogenesis (the creation of new neurons), especially when combined with cognitive rehabilitation after stroke or traumatic brain injury.https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/neurology/articles/10.3389/fneur.2024.1450134/full
